Single-origin Australian extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed within hours of harvest. Bright, peppery, and intensely flavoured — a world away from the blended supermarket oils. Packaged in dark glass to protect from light degradation.
100% cold-pressed Australian Frantoio & Koroneiki olives (no additives, no blending)
Use as a finishing oil over salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, or sourdough. Also excellent for low-heat cooking. Store in a cool dark place — no need to refrigerate. Best consumed within 18 months of harvest date printed on the label.
Our olive grove sits on 40 hectares of red volcanic soil in the Riverina region of NSW, farmed by the Caruso family for three generations. We moved to fully regenerative practices in 2018 — no synthetic herbicides, cover cropping between the rows, and composting all olive waste back into the soil. We press within four hours of picking to lock in maximum polyphenols and flavour. What you're tasting is one place, one harvest, one family. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
