Cold-extracted Australian wildflower honey — unfiltered, unpasteurised, and alive with natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. Sourced from a single regenerative apiary in regional Victoria. Flavour varies subtly by season, reflecting exactly what the bees were foraging.
100% raw Australian wildflower honey (no additives, no heating above 40°C)
Drizzle over yoghurt, stir through warm (not boiling) tea, spread on toast, or eat straight from the spoon. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Crystallisation is natural and does not affect quality — gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water to reliquefy
Our honey comes from one family — the Hendriks — who have been keeping bees on their property in the Otway Ranges for three generations. Their regenerative approach means no antibiotics, no artificial feeding, and hive movement kept to an absolute minimum. We cold-extract every batch at under 40°C to preserve all the natural goodness, then jar it without filtration. What you get is honey exactly as the bees made it — complex, raw, and deeply connected to a specific place and season.
